The Literacy Council of Highlands is a nonprofit organization providing essential literacy services to community residents at no
charge. Continued support over the years from the Highlands community and beyond has kept our programs strong and effective as
we grow to meet the changing needs of our unique mountain community.
Thanks to your support, we are helping to break the cycle of illiteracy in our area and fulfilling our mission of "Enriching Lives
Through Literacy on the Highlands Plateau".
